Updated Cleaning Protocol
Casa Theodore will continue to build upon our already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene, including the use of high-end cleaning products and upgraded protocols. We are working with a certified professional cleaning service to meet the evolving consumer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Casa Theodore will also be taking the following steps to meet the concerns of our clients:
- All staff will be required to shower upon arrival.
- All staff will wear clean uniforms that were not worn outside of the villa’s premises.
- At all times, our staff will be required to wear gloves and masks when appropriate.
- Hand sanitizers will be available in the main kitchen, main guest bathroom, as well as personal hand sanitizers in each individual bathroom.
- Staff will no longer tuck the linens in tightly, in order to limit their contact with the linens.
- The entire villa is being sanitized by a certified sanitization company between all arrivals.
- We still have availability to make all pre-stocking purchases for our guests, in order to limit their exposure to stores.
- We still offer full chef services, in order to limit your exposure to outside restaurants,
- As we have always done in the past, we do not allow any outside vendors or workers in our villa. The only staff you will see will be in uniform and are our dedicated staff.
- Please note our normal staff includes maid(s), maintenance, repair, concierge, as well as chef, bartender, security guard, and waiter(s), for an additional fee.
- The CDC highly recommends that all rentals require that their guests leave their shoes outside the premises.
Our top priority has always been the safety of our guests and staff, and these new practices and protocols will allow our guests to rest easy with us. That way you can focus on enjoying the unforgettable services our villa has to offer.
