The property is wonderful and has a wonderful view of the pacific ocean. The pool area, which includes comfortable lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a large outside bar and grill, is perfect for entertaining. The owners are very flexible and can work with any size group, small or large. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.

Michael and his team are extremely professional and attended to our groups needs during our trip and helped make our stay memorable. The house is huge with 11 bedrooms on multiple levels offering a great amount of privacy for each occupant. They provide maid service each day so you get the hotel-like benefit and service with the uniqueness of a private home. The area in Pedregal is a safe, private, gated community and the house is a short walk down the hill to the beach. We pre-stocked the house with Michael and his team's help and they cooked for our group 2x and it turned out great. You certainly a premium for his services but they just make it easy for you. When returning to Cabo we will certainly be considering Casa Theodore again. Thanks for a great trip Michael!

I ended up filling up the entire house with people. The view is amazing. Each room was beautiful. This house is set up with many of the rooms down stairs from the common areas which was very nice for those who wanted to go to sleep, while others wanted to stay up late. I highly recommend it staying here.

Casa Theodore is a great place for a large group ! The home is incredibly nice and the views are some of the best in Cabo. The amenities are clearly as advertised. Very close to both the marina for deep sea fishing and great golf courses. From the people who welcomed us, to the people taking care of the property, everything was first class. We would highly recommend this property when considering Cabo.

I had 21 friends fly down the weekend of 3/29/12 for my bachelor party. I rented Casa W and Casa Theodore. This is the way to do it. So much better (and more affordable) than staying at a hotel. Michael and his team will take care of all your needs during your stay. From dinner reservations to beer runs. I would STRONGLY recommend getting a chef and butler for weekend. The Mexican Cuisine our chef created was nothing short of amazing----this is no exaggeration. We did brunch and dinner every day of our stay. It was so nice waking up food and having a casual dinner before heading out for the evening. Accommodations--- nothing short of perfect. From the pools to the setting, it was nothing short of paradise. Both places were immaculately clean. And plenty of hot water! Guys--don't worry about being able to cut loose. We hung out at the pool into the early morning. No issues with noise. We were very respectful but certainly not angels. The setting is very private. Hopefully this is my last bachelor party but not my last time getting back to Casa W and Theodore.
