PICO DE GALLO SALSA
INGREDIENTS:
5 Large Tomatoes (Sliced into Squares)
1/3 Medium Onion (Diced)
1/2 Serrano Pepper (Finely Cut)
1 Lemon (Juiced)
1/3 Cup Coriander (Chopped)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the tomato, onion, and chili in a bowl and stir.
2. Add the lemon juice and cilantro and stir again very carefully so that the ingredients maintain
their texture.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
