CHURROS

INGREDIENTS:
• Oil (Enough to Fill Your Pan for Frying)
• 250 ML of Water
•125 Grams of Wheat Flour
• A Pinch of Salt
•100 Grams of Sugar
• Cinnamon to Taste
• Chocolate & Cajeta (Optional)
* Have a Pastry Bag 

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. 
2. In a seperate pan, boil the water and add salt.
3. Add the flour to the boiling water and mix until left without any clumps.
4. Add the dough to your pastry bag and create the churros.
5. Fry the dough churros in the heated oil.
5. Drain & cover in sugar and cinnamon.
