CHILE DE ARBOL SALSA


INGREDIENTS:
• 50 Grams of Chile de Arbol
• 1 ½ Cups of Water
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• 1 TB Salt


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the tails of the chilies.
2. Lay the chilies in a pan and cook over medium heat to dry. Be sure to rotate the chiles
so that all sides cook evenly.
3. Remove chilies from the pan and allow to cool.
4. Add the peppers and water to a blender and blend for several seconds.
5. Add the garlic and salt to the blended mixture and blend until smooth.
6. Store in a jar and keep in the refrigerator.
