• 250 Grams Tomatillo or Green Tomato
• 1 Serrano Pepper
• 1 White Onion
• Coriander to Taste
• Salt and Pepper to Paste


1. Remove the tails from the pepper.
2. Add the tomatillo, pepper, and onion to a pot; cover completely with water and boil over high
heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tomatillos and chili are soft.
3. Place the mixture in a blender and add cilantro.
4. Blend until you have the desired consistency. If it becomes too thick for your taste, add some
cooking water from chiles and tomatillos.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper
